At the back, the cameras are stacked vertically at the centre and there is a tiny ceramic dot above the cameras to protect them from scratches. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects the phone. The power button is highlighted with a green strip. You won’t have a problem using these buttons, they are all easy to reach. The bottom houses the 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone, USB-C port and a single downward-firing speaker whose audio quality is really pleasant. There are no distortions even when set at the maximum volume. Overall, the design seems to be very pleasing.

Oppo Reno 2F has a huge 6.5 inch notchless display with AMOLED Panoramic screen. The display is great having a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels at 394 ppi. The capacitive multitouch display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:5 and screen to body ratio of 91.1%. To support gaming it uses ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU with a frequency of 900MHz The Oppo Reno 2F runs ColorOS 6,1 based on Android Pie. The app arrangement is just similar.  We are of course getting Google apps out of the box and also some OPPO apps like Game Space, Game Center, Clone Phone, Opera News, Opera. The device executes basic tasks really well, no lags or anything whether you’re browsing through social media, taking photos, navigation etc.

This camera pops out pretty quickly (OPPO claims it does that in 0.7 seconds) and it has cool lighting effects around it. It also doubles as part of the facial recognition system where it pops out to recognize your face to unlock your phone. The enhanced free fall protection of the selfie camera senses when your phone is dropped and promptly retracts the camera.

It has 5P lens and the photos from the selfie camera are pretty decent, well if you remove the skin smoothing filter of course. It still has an over-zealous exposure compensation slider (which is common in Android phones) where they tend to take brighter photos than they should. Most people will be okay with the selfie camera quality from this phone. It supports 1080P video recording @30fps and 720P video recording @30fps.
